Justice Macur, Des Frost and the Evidence against John Allen

One member of staff from Bryn Alyn Community, Des Frost, revealled he was prevented from giving evidence to the Waterhouse Tribunal and reporting of his allegations was quashed by the Tribunal with threats of legal action.

Des Frost is hopeful that this time around, his evidence will be heard and properly acted upon.
